Yuvenalis O. Kubwa

Yuvenalis founded Kubwa & Company Advocates in 2020. Today, he is the managing partner.

Finding practical solutions that propel businesses forward is a challenge that Yuvenalis welcomes. Owing to his unique knowledge of the East African market and business culture, he quickly deploys the correct strategy to assuage legal risks concerning business.

Since 2010, Yuvenalis has played a central role in corporate social responsibility by offering pro bono consultancy services in preserving wildlife in the Maasai Mara Ecosystem. He also advises tourism and hospitality businesses on Travel and Tourism law in East Africa.

Yuvenalis took his undergraduate law studies at Moi University. Subsequently, he earned a post-graduate diploma at the Kenya School of Law, after which he was admitted to the Kenyan Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He will soon become a certified secretary after completing a professional certified secretary course at KASNEB.
